In keeping with the developer intended look of a neo-traditional community, an approved selection of exterior house paint colors has been adopted for Reflections. If you are needing to repaint your home, please select from this approved list of colors. Each body color for the house includes a corresponding trim and accent (rough stucco) color.
Important note, if you intend to paint your house (even if the same color) you must first submit an ACC application and receive approval prior to starting. This helps to ensure that your efforts to maintain your home on kept on record, and eliminates the possibility that an unapproved color selection is used.
