Hope all of you are doing well and staying safe!

Weather permitting starting this Tuesday, July 21 our common area trees will be trimmed to include the front of the neighborhood, Bellefaire common area, Lake Reflections Blvd past the underpass and the swimming pool area.

Please do no park your vehicles in these areas during the project. We want to make sure no vehicles are in the way or damaged.

Weather permitting from July 29-July 31, all common area sidewalks, curbs, fences, pool area, and signs will be power washed.

Finally, the Board has approved a picnic table at the playground area, as well as a book exchange container for our children to exchange their books. This will be completed after conditions are back to normal.
