Here are the highlights from the special meeting held on Thursday June 7.

Intro of Denise Schek as new property manager from Greenacre.

We do not have enough votes to pass the new flag/covenant amendment.

o 240 homes in neighborhood, we have not met the 75% minimum of homes to vote
o Current vote count is 142 Yes 24 No
o Board will reconvene on July 7 to determine the final vote

Motion passed to appoint John Appenzeller as new HOA president.

Board has been working with David Weekly Homes to understand how the proposed new development will impact our neighborhood.

o David Weekly representatives will be onsite for a meet and greet with our community on Wednesday June 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the community pool. All residents are invited and can ask the representatives questions about the potential new development.

Motion passed to contract out someone to take meeting minutes going forward.

Board is obtaining quotes to replace pool furniture.

Board is obtaining quotes to repair wall at neighborhood entry.

Motion passed to appoint Tony Mangini to the board.
