The purpose and responsibilities of the Architectural Control Committee are clearly outlined in Article VI of the Reflections Declaration of Covenants. The overall goal of the committee is to assure that all improvements in the subdivision preserve a uniformly high standard of construction and preserve the aesthetic design intent of the developer.
